Ditch single use plastic with a stylish alternative and get your own customized and upcycled tote bags, sewed and handpainted in Lebanon.

The founders, Sarah and Stephanie, are both activists and volunteers for environmental causes. Being holders of many tote bags and witnessing the over-consumption of plastic use in the country, they decided to do something about it, give it a sense of trend and got started on a tote bag social business. Sarah is a mechanical engineer and an artist. Stephanie is a freelancer with a background in hospitality, marketing and communication, and project coordinator.

They combined their skills and took the leap with Tote 3a Beirut, where you can chose your fabric, size, design and will be delivered it to you, all at an affordable price range. It's your own special bag which you can use and reuse for as long as you want. Sarah and Stephanie aim to help local communities; each month a part of their profit will help a different NGO and some totes will be sewed by women under the care of SEF.
