Motto was turned into an incubator for new food concepts in January 2016, in order to share the expertise with more new chefs. Makan serves Lebanese and Sri Lankan lunch buffet, and changing dinner menus from around the world.They are currently hosting Indian restaurant, Sirena, one of the oldest in Beirut.
