Galler Chocolaterie, based in Liège, Belgium since 1976, is a chocolatier in the truest sense of the word. They employ artisans and individuals committed to excellence in chocolate. Their goal is to delight people the world over, from the average citizen right up to the Belgian Royal Court. They produce quality chocolate, in the greatest variety of forms and from fair trade sources. At Galler, no palm oil, no artifice. They believe that a better world can start with a simple bar of chocolate; and that is what they are working on everyday, humbly but with determination...
