Qab Elias, Zahleh district
Established by the passionate Said Touma, Château Saint-Thomas is a family-owned and operated estate. Located on a hill at 1,000m of altitude overlooking the Bekaa Valley, their vineyards spread over 65ha, are exposed on the eastern slope of Mount Lebanon and their cellars are dug 25 to 30 meters into the rocks.
