Deir el Aachayer Roman Temple

A large Roman temple flanked by columns is situated in the village of Deir el Aachayer, in southeast Lebanon, between the border of Lebanon and Syria. The large temple has fine stonework and molded entrances framing the doorway. The temple is still intact inside and has retained its shape, regardless of its missing stairway and most of its porch.
